Alongside the Toronto Institute of Bartending and SpiritHouse, The Grid launched Toronto Cocktail Week. The event took place from October 1 to 7, 2013, and featured events, master classes, and parties across multiple venues throughout the week. That means cocktail crawls by neighbourhood, themed spirit tastings, a best-bartender competition, seminars for amateurs and pros, and multiple galas to celebrate the art of the cocktail.
