The Winter 2020 issue of Ryerson University Magazine, a publication intended to connect alumni, donors, staff, and students to the inspiring stories coming out of the school, focused on the Future of Work.

The cover and cover story were expertly illustrated by Andy Rementer, who was tasked with envisioning what our future work lives—as cannabis sommeliers and medical data analysts—might look like. Ryan Walker explored the new Daphne Cockwell Health and Sciences Complex, which offers students plenty of places to study, mingle and learn in state-of-the-art classrooms and labs. And Arden Wray spent some time with our alumni profile subjects Hossein Rahnama, founder of Flybits, and Maya Roy, the CEO of YWCA Canada.

You’ll also find contributions from Wayne Szeto, Kaytee Dalton, Sarah Palmer, Emanuel Pires, and LeeAndra Cianci.
